Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

No-shows will be treated as completed sessions and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Packages, Programs & Workshops

  • Fees paid for therapy packages, workshops, retreats, or programs are non-refundable.
  • In exceptional circumstances, Skanda Wellbeing d may offer a one-time rescheduling at its discretion.

Refunds

  • Skanda Wellbeing does not offer refunds for completed sessions, partially used packages, or missed appointments.
  • Refunds are not applicable for subjective dissatisfaction, as healing outcomes vary for each individual.
